About Us
We found Reeno to start a change in the e-waste management sector with a mission to sustain the value of electronics after disposal.
We planned to run pilot campaigns to spread our message 📣 to people and introduce what we do. We trained volunteers and worked with designers to create learning materials, such as animations and catalogues 📖.
Through our campaigns, we talked to people about e-waste both online and at Reeno's standing booths. We started #ReenoSho on social media to echo our message about everyone's responsibility to act. We collected electronics from people far more than predicted during campaigns.
With broad public reception, we planned to grow our team to respond to the demand. We expanded our operational capacity to recover more incoming electronics.
As part of our growth plan, we 🚀 established our B2B channels to collect e-waste from organizations and businesses. From schools and municipalities to manufacturers and retailers joined our movement to ♻️ recycle electronics safely.”
Our first school tour happened. We were thrilled to welcome students to our site. In our tours, the students learn about electronics, e-waste, and how recycling lines work.
Our first official appearance in national and international exhibitions and conferences. We introduced our technology and achievements in the e-waste sector to bolden the concept of circularity.
🌐📱 We introduced the Reeno web application to make it easier for consumers to recycle their electronics safely through their smartphones and other smart devices.
🏆 We won our first award in a CleanTech national competition for being a pioneer in science and innovation to protect the environment. 🌿
We started our fundraising rounds to finance our rapid growth and enhance the machinery on our operating line.
🥇We won our second national award for bringing attention and innovation to the challenge of electronic wastes. 🌳
🎯We hit the target of 1200 metric tonnes per year of recycled electronics.
We had our first nationwide spring campaign to raise awareness and divert electronics from landfills. Reeno collected more than 30 tonnes of e-waste in this campaign.
Reeno hit 1.5 million organic impressions on social media. We were thrilled by the fact that we could raise our voice to a large audience about a global challenge and people were receptive to it.
We grew our network to include more non-profits and charities. We work closely with at least 15 organizations with a mission of making positive impacts on human health and the environment.
We had our second nationwide spring campaign. We collected 34 tonnes of electronics in this campaign.
We opened our second unit and grew our operation at Reeno. 🏭
We had our third national spring campaign. We collected 41 tonnes of electronics during this campaign from people.

This increasing volume of waste is alarming, especially considering the integral role chargers play in our daily lives. We rely on them constantly to keep our devices powered, a testament to their ubiquitous presence and utility.💻📱♻️ Like other electronic products, chargers include hazardous materials that we can not let penetrate into the environment. Proper recycling helps mitigate this issue by ensuring that these chargers are processed in a way that neutralizes their harmful components, preventing them from causing environmental damage. By recycling our chargers, we not only protect our planet but also contribute to a more sustainable and health-conscious approach to managing our electronic devices. It’s a small but significant step in the right direction for reducing our ecological footprint and fostering a more environmentally responsible society. Reeno remains committed to safely recycle electronic wastes and preserve the environment.🌏🪴 more...

In every household, kitchen appliances like blenders and microwaves undeniably enhance our daily lives by simplifying food preparation and saving time, but their convenience comes at a cost. 💡 With newer models emerge frequently in the market, leading people to replace appliances even before their end-of-life. This rapid cycle of consumption and disposal leads to an alarming increase in electronic waste or e-waste. When these kitchen gadgets are not properly recycled or disposed of, they can release hazardous chemicals into the environment, harming soil, water sources, and the air we breathe. ♻️🪴 While these appliances offer daily conveniences, it's vital to recognize their environmental impact. Before buying a new device, consider if you can reuse or recycle it. In this regard, Reeno stands committed to responsibly handling the kitchen appliances you no longer use, ensuring they don't become an environmental burden. more...
Electronics make up only 2% of the annual waste but accounted for 70% of environmental toxicants. Evidence suggests that electronics are required to be safely recycled, so we can stop the spread of diseases caused by embodied materials. These materials, including lead and microplastics, enter into our food chains and cause threatening conditions to human health.
The electronics consist 2 percent of the overall wastes, but are responsible for 70 percent of the overall pollution on the global scale.
You can send your electronic wastes through mailing services including Chapar and Tipax. We will be paying the postal fees. Chapar and Tipax delivers your packages from your place to our operational site. To find the details of these two companies, please check the following links:
Chapar: www.chaparnet.com/agentall
Tipax: https://tipaxco.com/branches/standardpoint
Upon arrival, we test the electronics and based on their functionality we divide them into three groups.
Reeno is committed to preserving the environment from e-waste and promoting responsible consumption and production, so we all have a better and safer place to live.
